Sure, why wouldn't it be, I ask? Sunshine 300 days on the average every year! Every season at Tahoe is all amazing.
As the Wall Street Journal correctly stated in their recent article, Incline Village is the home for the wealthy and famous. Spotlighted in the WSJ, Kern Schumacher, Larry Ellison, Michael Milken, Andy Bechtolshein, Daviid Duffield, Nathan Hamilton, and Maryanne Ingermanson are some that call Incline Village their home.
Ms. Ingermanson and Mr. Schumacher go back to the 40's and 50's to describe their experiences in Incline Village.
It's not difficult to imagine that many in the tech industry located no more than a 4 hour drive away, find Lake Tahoe to be the perfect landing spot.
With that said, when you move here, it's not really the playground for the rich....it's everyone's playground. The outdoors is what brings us to reside in paradise and it's the amazing outdoors that keeps us here.
One comment given by Nathan Hamilton when asked, what's the downside of living in Incline Village.....his answer, there's no zoo! Spoken like a true father. I have to admit, he's right, there's no zoo. But how about the coyotes, bears, mountain lions, squirrels galore, white tailed bunny rabbits, and of course, those adorable raccoons that can mess up your trash from time to time. And I would venture to say, we definitely hold our own when it comes to dogs per capita.
